Grandvalira is the ski resort that extends through the parishes of Encamp and Canillo. With its extensive area, it is divided into seven sectors (Canillo, Soldeu, El Tarter, Encamp, Grau Roig, Peretol and Pas de la Casa) that are interconnected by slopes that are easily accessible with a single ski pass. This resort stands out for its offering of a total of 210 km of skiable area with 138 perfectly laid out slopes, 76 lifts and many complementary activities to its facilities, which makes Grandvalira the largest ski resort in the Pyrenees.

Its international recognition has also grown, having been the venue for the most prestigious competitions such as the Alpine Ski World Cup Finals (2019 and 2023), the Alpine Ski World Cups (2012, 2016 and 2024) or the Speed Ski World Cups in recent years.
