IN WINTER:
Ordino Arcalís has exceptional conditions for practicing mountain sports. Located at the head of the Ordino Valley, facing north, it exhibits unparalleled snow conditions every winter. The resort offers 442 hectares of ski area, 30 km of slopes, 16 lifts, with slopes ranging from 1,940 m to 2,625 m.
It has also become a key destination on the global freeride scene thanks to its extraordinary mountains.
For this reason, and with a long history of organising off-piste skiing competitions, Ordino Arcalis has been chosen to host the first FIS Freeride World Championships, between the 1st and 6th February 2026. This event will mark a historic moment for the sport, as it will be the first time that the Freeride celebrate a World Championship under the banner of the International Ski Federation (FIS).
IN SUMMER:
Ordino Arcalís is nature at its finest. In summer, it becomes a unique setting for enjoying the high mountains. One of the highlights is a visit to the Tristaina Solar Viewpoint, a spectacular panoramic point easily accessible by the Tristaina gondola and the Creussans chairlift.
From the Coma sector, you can also access the Tristaina glacial cirque, a natural wonder formed by three lakes, with a hiking trail suitable for all levels.
